Default setting: Off
If a constant image is displayed on a conventional CRT-type TV, it
can “burn in” leaving a ghost image on the screen. Switch On the
screen saver to make sure that a constant image is not displayed for a
dangerously long time.
Note: if the screen saver comes on when the speaker setup test tone
is playing, the test tone will stop (see page 120).

Si une image reste constamment affichée sur un téléviseur ordinaire
à tube cathodique, elle risque de “ s’incruster ” dans la surface de
l’écran et ainsi de laisser une image fantôme apparente. Commutez
l’économiseur d’écran sur On pour être certain qu’une image
constante ne reste pas affichée pendant une durée dangereusement
longue.
Remarque: Si l’économiseur d’écran est activé pendant que la
tonalité de test pour le réglage des haut-parleurs est diffusée, la
tonalité de test s’interrompt (voir page 120).
