• The error output HI, LO is output.
• When the reference light registration and adjust
input are successful, the state will automatically
return to the measurement state. (Applies only for
reference light registration registration error and
adjust error.)
LX2 compatible
mode

• The error output HI, GO, LO is output.
• The state does not automatically return to the
measurement state when the reference light is
registered and the adjust is input. (Applies only for
reference light registration error and adjust error.)
Reference
The operation is different when the following errors are output.
