model (measurement range)
do not match.

Use a transmitter and receiver from the same
model (measurement range).

Transmitter
internal error

The transmitter is broken.

Replace the transmitter.

Overcurrent error

An overcurrent exceeding the
specifications passed to the
judgment output or check
output.

• Correct the wiring.

"Output Circuit" (page 5-4)

• Check the load and reduce the current to

within the specified range.

• Check that the output wire is not touching

another wire or frame.

EEPROM error

Read/write of the non-volatile
memory (EEPROM) save
data failed.

Turn the power on again.
Perform initial reset.

"3-5 Initial Reset (Initialize)" (page 3-12)

The number of writes to the
non-volatile memory
(EEPROM) exceeded
1,000,000 times.

To save the setting values when the power is
turned off, replace the amplifier unit.

If the adjust function or the zero shift function is used frequently, do
not save settings in the non-volatile memory (EEPROM).
