High-pass filter
This function ignores fluctuations which are less than an arbitrary frequency (cut-off
frequency), and displays the results. This is effective to ignore gradual changes and only
capture the sudden changes. When [HPF] is selected on the averaging setting screen, the
cut-off frequency setting screen will open.
