Strt Pnt Id - Allows a point ID to be
entered from which all subsequently
created points from this line division
will be assigned.
PtIDInc/Dec - Allows to enter a
positive or negative integer value
which will be used to create the point
Ids that the newly created points will
be assigned.
The new points will be stored in the
chosen job as user entered grid
points and can then be staked out
using the usual stake-out routines.
