6. Set the inject valve to System Pump Inject Loop.
7. In the fluidic scheme, touch or click the System Pump module to open its
dialog box.
8. In the System Pump dialog box:
a. Set Flow Rate to 5 ml/min.
b. (Optional) Set Duration to at least 2 min.
c. Click Start.
