Configuring the Network Adapter for Direct Connection
When connecting the ChromLab computer to the NGC system through a direct
cable connection, the network adapter on the ChromLab computer must be
configured to use TCP/IP 4.0 with DHCP.
This section explains how to configure Local Area Connection on the ChromLab
computer.
To configure Local Area Connection
1. To verify the correct setup, open the Control Panel and open Network and
Sharing Center.
2. In the Network and Sharing Center click Change adapter settings in the left
pane.
