Introduction
Chapter Objectives Chapter 1 provides information on the general intent of this manual, gives
an overall description of the 8510 AC Spindle Drive System, and provides
a detailed description of the key features of this drive. This information
will help the reader to understand both the basic capabilities and the
advanced features of the 8510 drive system and recognize opportunities to
use these features to improve machine performance.
