Installing keyboard files in Windows 95
1 Start Windows 95.
. 2 Insert the PC Compatibility Card–PC Utilities CD into the CD-ROM drive.
3 Click the Start button. Choose Settings from the menu that appears, then choose
Control Panel.
4 Double-click the Keyboard icon.
5 Click the Language tab.
6 Click Add.
7 In the list that appears, select the language you want, then click OK.
8 Select the name of the language whose keyboard layout you want to use. Click “Set as
Default,” then click OK.
9 When requested to insert the Windows 95 CD, leave the PC Compatibility Card–PC
Utilities CD in the CD-ROM drive and click OK.
You can only use the keyboard drivers provided on the PC Compatibility
Card–PC Utilities CD.
10 If an error message appears, click OK.
11 Click Browse, then select the E drive in the Drives window.
12 In the Folders window, locate the folder and file you want, then click OK.
For example E:\KEYBOARD\WIN95\GERMAN
