The following figure shows the flow of operations when Compatible FlashCopy copy pairs are
combined with Cnt Ac-S Z or Cnt Ac-J Z copy pairs in the DUPLEX status.
Before Compatible FlashCopy execution
During execution of Compatible FlashCopy
When Compatible FlashCopy is executed, the Cnt Ac-S Z or Cnt Ac-J Z copy pair is in the PENDING
status during copying.
After Compatible FlashCopy terminates
When Compatible FlashCopy terminates, the copy pair returns to the DUPLEX status.
