Disk configuration definition files are required for the
primary, intermediate, and remote sites.

Prepare the following route lists by referring to

Route list used when a failure occurs at a site
(recommended)
This file is not required if you use Remote
Web Console to create a logical path.
A path set for the following logical paths is required:
Path set definition file
•
An inter-control unit logical path (bidirectional)
between the primary site and the intermediate site
•
An inter-disk controller logical path (bidirectional)
between the intermediate site and the remote site

The following Cnt Ac-S Z copy groups are required:

file

A copy group container between the primary site and
the intermediate site is required (Cnt Ac-S Z timestamp
transfer mode enabled, and the Cnt Ac-S Z Consistency
Preservation Function used).
•
Copy groups used for error handling must be created
by dividing the above copy group container by storage
system (Cnt Ac-S Z timestamp transfer mode enabled,
and the Cnt Ac-S Z Consistency Preservation Function
used).
The following Cnt Ac-S Z copy groups are required:
•
An EXCTG between the intermediate site and the
remote site is required.
•
Copy groups used for error handling must be created
by dividing the above EXCTG by storage system. Such
copy groups cannot be used as an EXCTG.
