This section explains how to define a 3DC Multi-Target (Cnt Ac-J Z x Cnt Ac-J Z) configuration from
the ISPF panel.

Performing a scan
Perform a scan that includes the volumes to be defined in the copy group and the command device.
In a 3DC Multi-Target (Cnt Ac-J Z x Cnt Ac-J Z) configuration, operations might be required at each
site; therefore, you need to perform a scan from each host, instead of a Remote Scan, to acquire
the correct information, such as the device number (Devn).
To perform a scan from each host in a 3DC Multi-Target (Cnt Ac-J Z x Cnt Ac-J Z) configuration to
acquire information:
1.
Scan the primary site from the primary host.
2.
Scan remote site 1 from remote host 1.
