Preparing hardware (3DC Cascade (Cnt Ac-J Z x Cnt Ac-J Z) configuration)
The following tables list the prerequisite hardware and storage system settings for using Business
Continuity Manager in a 3DC Cascade (Cnt Ac-J Z x Cnt Ac-J Z) configuration.

One host must be installed at each site.

Only one storage system is allowed for
each site.
One XP P9500 disk array or XP7 storage must be installed
at each site (three storage systems are required in total).
Storage system
The paths must always be established.
Bidirectional physical path connected between appropriately
configured fibre channel ports is required between the storage
systems at the following sites:
