Check that the new route between your current position and the next waypoint is at
a safe depth and contains no hazards or obstacles.
To reset the XTE:
1. Display the 3D Steer screen, then select Reset XTE.
2. The 8000i immediately creates a temporary waypoint at your current
position and draws a new leg between this and the next waypoint. It
also resets the bearing and distance readouts.
