Opening a document
In the Documents application, you can
view and open any Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, or Acrobat (PDF) file on your
Treo 680 or an expansion card that is
inserted in the expansion slot.
1 Press Applications
and select
Documents
.
2 Select the document you want from the
list.
Memos
Memos are a great way to store notes on
your Treo 680.
Creating a memo
1 Press Applications
and select
Memos
.
2 Enter the text you want to appear in the
memo.
3 Select Done.
TIP
For more info on the Documents To Go
application on your Treo 680, go to
www.dataviz.com
. If you installed the desktop
application from the Palm Software
Installation CD, you can also click the
Documents To Go icon on your computer,
and then click Help.
TIP
Install the Files application from the Palm
Software Installation CD to easily browse and
manage files on an expansion card.
TIP
When you work on a file on your Treo 680,
you can save it to your Treo 680 or an
expansion card. Open the File menu, select
Save As, and then select the location where
you want to save the file.
