MIXCONF
14 – MIXCONF
MIXCONF is a menu program used to combine configuration programs without having to re-
enter existing information into the individual fields. This creates a new FRAMOS.CFG on
your system. It is advisable to make a copy of the existing file before you use this command.
Enter the command MIXCONF at the prompt and the following line appears:
Enter file to extract configuration data from:
Type in your file name that you want to copy from, this could be FRAMOS.CFG or another
file.
Figure 14-1 lists the available selections.

Choose section of configuration to import:
Enter the number for each one of the parameters that you'd like to copy. You must enter them
one at a time. After each selection press the enter key. The system will display the words:
****IMPORTING****
When you have finished, enter the number 0 to quit. You will be asked if you want to save this
new configuration.
Note: Saving this configuration writes over the existing FRAMOS.CFG.
