Overview and Introduction
1.1 Introduction
The NetVue Integrated Management System (IMS) provides a unified management interface to monitor,
control and show status for Comtech EF Data (CEFD) products.
NetVue includes drivers for major CEFD products, and it can be customized to support many other
Comtech EF Data products. Contact Product Support for the latest driver list.
Third-party products can be supported, including terrestrial networking gear, RF converters, low-noise
block (LNB) converters, IP-to-serial gateway devices and others. NetVue drivers can be customized to
support more than 3,000 third-party devices.
The device interfaces use either Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) over Internet Protocol
(IP) or serial interface via an IP-to-serial gateway.
