10.5.6.3.6 Testing a user account
It is good practice to test newly added user accounts.
1. Right-click in the System Display header:
a. Click Login as another user.
2. Log on to the NetVue Cluster using the newly added user account.
3. While logged on as the new user:
a. Examine the user’s Actions permissions.
b. Identify which Elements and Services are visible.
4. After you have completed all parts of Step 3:
a. Right-click in the System Display header.
b. Click Login as another user.
c. Log on with your own user account.
NOTE: A user must be a member of at least one group to log on to the NetVue Cluster.
10.5.6.3.7 Exporting the user list to a CSV file
1. In the top-right corner of the Security page:
a. Click Export.
2. In the Save As dialog box:
a. Select a folder.
b. Specify a file name.
c. Click Save.
