5. Delete specific report templates content from the C:/Skyline DataMiner/Webpages/Reports/templates
directory:
Keep this file: Template.inc.asp
Keep this subdirectory: Styles subdirectory
Delete all other content in the directory.
6. Delete all content from these directories:

b. Elements
c. Logging
d. Protocols
e. Recycle Bin
f. Redundancy
g. Scripts
h. Services
i. Spectrum Alarm Recordings
j. System Cache
k. Users
l. Views
Skyline DataMiner/Webpages/Annotations/
m. NetVue Cluster Images
n. Elements
o. Views
Skyline DataMiner/Webpages/Dashboards/
p. Db
7. Open the MySQL command prompt and enter this SQL statement:
drop schema SLDMADB
8. Stop the MySQL service.
9. Delete all content from a specific SLDMADB directory. The directory depends on the MySQL version:

C:/MySQL/Data/SLDMADB
- Or -
•
C:/Program Files/MySQL/MySQL Server 5.0/data/SLDMADB
10. Delete the Windows user accounts that were used for NetVue security.
