[DC Hold Time]
This value sets the amount of time that the
[DC Hold Level] voltage will be applied to the motor
when the stop mode is set to either
”DC Brake” or “Ramp.”
Parameter Number

Display Units / Drive Units
1 Second / Seconds x 10 (x 1 frn < 4.01)
Factory Default
0.0 Sec (0 frn < 4.01)
Minimum Value
0.0 Sec (0 frn < 4.01)
Maximum Value
90.0 Sec (15 frn < 4.01)
Important: Please note the resolution and value changes with Frn 4.01.
[DC Hold Level]
This value sets the DC voltage applied to the motor
to produce the selected current during braking,
when the stop mode is set to either “DC Brake,”
“Ramp” or “Ramp to Hold.” If “Ramp to Hold” is the
active stop mode, [DC Hold Level] will be clamped
at 70%, even if higher values are programmed.

ATTENTION: If a hazard of injury due to movement of
equipment or material exists, an auxiliary mechanical braking
device must be used to stop the motor.
ATTENTION: This feature should not be used with
synchronous or permanent magnet motors. Motors may be
demagnetized during braking.
