Supplementary instructions on commissioning with
WinPISA
Activate the test mode
With some commissioning steps, control signals are required
for controlling the axes (e.g. ENABLE, START and STOP). For
example with the steps:
ć movement test
ć identification travel
ć test and start program.
If a field bus module is installed, you can generate these
control signals during commissioning in the test mode.
Commissioning can then be carried out independently of the
field bus.
Caution
You can specify input signals in the test mode. The actual
input signals will be ignored. Activate the test mode only if:
· the SPC200 is not connected to the field bus or is not
online or if
· you are familiar with the effect of the signals which are
thus influenced.
Warning
Injury to people and damage to property
Make sure that nobody can place his/her hand in the
positioning range of the moveable mass and that there are
no objects in its path.
