Disabling the F11 One-Time Boot Menu
This menu specifies a specific boot override option for this boot only. This option does not modify
the normal boot order settings. By default, you can boot directly into the One-Time Boot menu in
the System Utilities by pressing F11 in the HP ProLiant main screen after a server reboot. See
“Configuring a One-Time Boot Menu” (page 139)
for more details about options in the One-Time
Boot menu. Disable this option if needed.
To disable the F11 One-Time Boot menu:
1.
From the System Utilities screen, select System Configuration
→BIOS/Platform Configuration
(RBSU)
→Server Security→F11 Boot Menu Prompt and press Enter.
2.
Select one of the following options:
•
Enabled (default)
•
Disabled
3.
Press F10 to save your selection.
4.
During the next server reboot, F11 is disabled.
