Locking Asset Tag Protection
You can protect asset tag information.
To lock the asset tag information:
1.
From the System Utilities screen, select System Configuration
→BIOS/Platform Configuration
(RBSU)
→Advanced Options→Asset Tag Protection and press Enter.
2. Select one of the following options:
•
Lock—The asset tag information is not erased if the default system settings are restored
•
Unlocked—The asset tag information is erased if the default system settings are restored.
