If HyperTerminal reports an error, try to send the file again.
If the SNC 5100 reports an error, make a note of the error code and
see the Table 12, “Zmodem Status Codes,” on page 100 for further
information.
Saving a Configuration File
Step 1.
From the HyperTerminal window enter
sz
“
config.cfg
”
.
The filename
“
config.cfg
”
is an example of a name. You can
specify a different filename but it must be in quotes, it must be 8
characters or less and it must end in .cfg.
Step 2.
From the HyperTerminal window select
Transfer
and
Receive
File
.
Step 3.
From the
Receive File
dialog enter the path to the folder where
you want to save the file or click the
Browse
button and navigate to
it.
Step 4.
For the Receiving protocol select
Zmodem
and press the
Receive
button.
Step 5.
Wait for the “Configuration Download Complete” status message to
be displayed on the service terminal indicating successful
completion.

Loading a Configuration File
Step 1.
From the Hyper Terminal window, at the
SN60023 >

prompt, type
rz
and then press the
Enter
key.
Step 2.
From the HyperTerminal window select
Transfer
and
Send
File
