Specify the destination device in this field.
<2> Arbitrary waveform number
Specify the arbitrary waveform memory of the device into which the arbitrary waveform data
is to be stored.

When the Read button is clicked, a [Read] dialog box like that in “Figure 11-3” appears.
Specify a file to be read and open it.
