5. Disconnect the white connector [5]
and the blue connector [6].
Precautions for Removing the
Connector
• The blue connector [6] is only on
the magicolor 5440 DL/5450.
6. Remove four screws [7].
7. Remove the Gear [9] and the Gear
[10].
NOTE
• Gear [10] is only on the magicolor
5440 DL/5450.
Precautions for Reinstallation
• When the Tray 1 Paper Feed Clutch
is reinstalled, replace the gears that
have been removed, as these gears
could have been damaged.
8. Remove the Paper Feed and Con-
veyance Assy [8].
