Mod Size: Display sessions come in four recognized sizes. A value of N/A indicates that
no device is attached to the session.
Mod 2 – 80 Columns x 24 Rows
Mod 3 – 80 Columns x 32 Rows
Mod 4 – 80 Columns x 43 Rows
Mod 5 – 132 Columns x 27 Rows
LU Type: This field identifies which type of LU is bound in session. Possible values
include:
Not Bound – The LU is not currently bound in session.
LU Type 1 – SCS Printer
LU Type 2 – Display
LU Type 3 – DCS Printer
IP Address: When a client is connected, this field will indicate the IP address of the
TN3270E client.
TN Port: The port that is listed in this field is the configured port on the CNA-8000 that
the client has connected to.
Action: When a user has connected to a session, a [Disconnect] button will be displayed
for that user. Individual users can be forcefully disconnected by pressing the button.
Button Definitions
Disconnect: Pressing this button for any session will force the user to disconnect. Note
that if the client is configured to automatically reconnect, the client may be reconnected
prior to the next update of this status panel, thus making it appear as if the client were
never disconnected. You may reference the Sessions Log panel to positively confirm that
the client was disconnected.
Return: This button returns you to the previous panel, Host Circuits status panel.
