Loading Software from eManager
One other method for updating code on the CNA-8000 is available through the Visara
eManager product. The eManager product provides a utility for viewing and pulling the
code from the Visara FTP site, and for loading the new code onto the CNA-8000 using a
secure shell connection (SSH). This allows you to load code remotely without allowing
the CNA-8000 to use FTP.
To download new code from the Visara FTP site, the PC that you are running eManager
from must have FTP capabilities through your firewall. Expand the ‘Update Files’
portion of the tree to display the CNA-8000 and right-mouse-click on the ‘Code’ section
below it. From the resulting menu select the ‘Download from Visara’ option
