Updating the CNA-8000 Software
CNA-8000 software can be easily updated using a variety of methods. Access the
Software update utility from the Maintenance Menu.
Upon selecting the [Update Software] button, the following panel should appear:
There are 4 methods that can be used to initiate a software update from the CNA-8000.
Select the desired method from among the four buttons provided. These methods are
described below.
Note that it is wise to discuss which version you should download with Visara support
personnel prior to downloading new code. Note that when using one of the methods
offered for installing new software, a restore point of your current level will be created
allowing you to back off from the new level if you should decide not to keep the new
level.
