Defines user-defined characters from character code check c1 to c2.

y specifies the number of bytes in the vertical direction.

x specifies the number of dots in the horizontal direction.

d is the dot data for the user-defined characters.

[Notes]

Character codes from the alphanumeric characters 20H (decimal 32) to 7EH(decimal
126) can be defined.

Data(d) specifies a bit printed to 1 and not printed to 0. The dot pattern is in the
horizontal direction from the left side. Any remaining dots on the right side are blank.

The data to define a user defined character is (yx x) bytes.
