Error Displays and Corrective Actions

Overcurrent in the control output.
• Check the load and return the current within the
rated range.
• Check that the output wire is not contacting any
other wire or frame.
ErH
Head cable is broken, or sensor head
is not connected.
• Check that sensor head is connected.
• Check whether head cable is not broken.
• Check the head cable connection to the connec-
tor.
• After checking, turn the power OFF and ON.
ErE
Failed to write/load the internal data.
• Turn the power OFF and ON. If the data is not
recovered, initialize the settings.*

Key lock function is valid, or if using
M8 connector type, the power mode
was changed in the MEGA mode fixed
state.
• Disable the key lock.
If the key lock cannot be disabled, it may be
locked with a password, or locked by the NU
Series communication unit.

• Check that the sensor amplifier is locked in
MEGA mode.
"Locking in MEGA Mode" (page 3-22)
The DTM
indicator
flashes.
Correction error in DATUM1 or
DATUM 2 mode.
• Check that the received light intensity has not
dropped.
• Adjust the DATUM warning output level.
• Ensure that the received light intensity value is
50 or more.
