This selection defines the sensor signal reception to the
unit, and applies for all 8 sensor inputs. Consult the
sensor on the output signal type.
LEVEL: The unit enters and retains the alarm mode
while the sensor signal continues active status,
EDGE (OPEN): The unit enters the alarm mode when
the sensor input changes from the close to open
status.
EDGE (CLOSE): The unit enters the alarm mode when
the sensor input changes from the open to close
status.
462, 463, 464
ALARM DIALING TABLE (Transmitter only)
These tables link between each sensor input and the quick
dial numbers specified in the 300 DIALING REGI. One sen*
sor input lists three quick numbers. When a sensor oper
ates, the unit dials the first number. If the first destination
could not connect, the unit re-dials the second, and if not
the third. The unit tries dialing up to 3 rounds when ALARM
TYPE is set to EDGE, or does more rounds until the sensor
input is reset when the TYPE is set to LEVEL.This setup is
applied only to the transmitter.
Note: The alarm log may record redundant event when
this setting is changed from one to another.
3. Move the cursor to ALARM AUTO DISC (disconnection)
and select either ON or OFF with the or ► button.
The default setting is ON.
ON: The alarm mode ends when the time elapses in
the ALARM DISC TIMER below,
OFF: Automatic disconnection is disabled.
4. Move the cursor to ALARM AUTO DISC TIMER and
enter a 3-digit number with the numeric buttons.
The unit escapes from the ALARM mode after elapsing
the specified time in this setting. Time range depends
on the ALARM TYPE selection. The time entry is
allowed every 10 second in the range such as 010, 020
and so forth common to LEVEL and EDGE selection.
The default setting is 60S.
0-600S (second): applies to LEVEL selection.
10-600S (second): applies to EDGE selection,
5. Select the applicable day and time for ALARM DIAL
ING TIME TABLE. The dial numbers are specified in the
menus 462, 463, and 464. You can utilize these time
tables when there are differences in time zone or call
ing addresses depending on days. For example,
TABLE 1 is used for weekdays while TABLE 2 is used
for holidays with different calling addresses.
5-1 Move the cursor to the “starting day" position on
TABLE 1 line. Press the ENTER repeatedly until the
desired day of the week appears.
5-2 Move the cursor to the "ending day" position on
TABLE 1 line. Press the ENTER repeatedly until the
desired day of the week appears.
5-3 Move the cursor to the “starting time" position on
TABLE 1 line. Enter the time with the numeric but
tons.
5-4 Move the cursor to the “ending time" position on
TABLE 1 line. Enter the time with the numeric but
tons,
5-5 Repeat above steps for TABLE 2 and 3.
Notes:
• The times can be entered in the 24-hour system.
• Enter “MON-SUN 00:00-00:00" when you let the
unit work all the time around.
• When you do not apply any of alarm dialing table,
cancel all dial numbers in the corresponding menu

enabled or disabled with this setup. EXT can be set only for
the port #8. This setup is applied only to the transmitter.
Similar setup is available at the receiver through the 540
menu during communication.
