[-no log] Optional If the -no log option is set, no
additional debug information
will be saved in the ACXDB file,
including log files from the
current ACE session
save properties
save properties [-outputfile < arg > ] [-add] [-port names]
This command is used to save all changed properties on objects in the DB after prepare has been run.
Argument Required/Optional Description
[-outputfile < arg > ] Optional The optional -outputfile
option is used to specify the file
path to save the set property
commands to. If this option is
not used, the file will be saved to
the active project’s directory as
properties.sdc
[-add] Optional The optional -add option is used
to specify whether the file
automatically added to the
active project or not.
[-port names] Optional The optional -port names option
is used to specify whether port
names should be output for IO
Buffers instead of instance
names.
save regions
save regions [-outputfile < arg > ] [-region < arg > ] [-all] [-add]
Save the placement region constraints to a file

[-region < arg > ] Optional The name of the region to save
[-all] Optional Save all regions (default)
[-add] Optional The optional -add option is used
to specify whether the file
automatically added to the
active project or not.
