Filter unit PEEK
One

tween the high-pressure pump and the injection valve 22

sic IC. This filter unit serves to avoid contamination by abrasive particles
of the piston seals.
The two other filter units PEEK supplied with the 792 Basic IC are in-
stalled between the pump tubings of the peristaltic pump and the inlet
capillaries for regeneration and rinsing solution (see section 2.8.2).
These filter units serve to protect the suppressor module from foreign
particles and bacterial growth.
