Select the desired set-
tings.
– Touch [General Set-
tings] to display the
User Registration
screen, and then
change the settings.
– For details on chang-
ing settings for ma-
chine authentication
users, refer to “To
register a user with
machine authentication” on page 11-42.
– The list of print counters for each account can be printed by press-
ing the [Start] key while the Detail screen is displayed.
– The list of print counters can be printed if only user authentication
settings have been specified.
– Touch [Clear Counter] to display a message confirming that the
counters will be reset. To reset all counters for the selected user to
0, touch [Yes].
– Touch [Counter] to
display the Counter
screen, which con-
tains the counters for
the selected user.

Touch [Enter], and then touch [Enter] in the next screen that appears.
– To exit the User Authentication screen, touch [Enter] in each screen
until the Basics screen appears.
A screen for selecting a user number appears again.

In the User Information screen or Counter screen, touch [Fwd] to display
the next screen, or touch [Back] to display the previous screen.
