Select an account
number.
– Select a tab, and
then touch the but-
ton for the desired
account number.
– To exit the Account/
Authentication
screen, touch [Enter]
in each screen until
the Basics screen
appears.
To register an account
The account name, password, and number of prints allowed can be specified
for each account using this machine.
0 A maximum of 1,000 accounts can be registered on this machine.
0 If user authentication and account track are synchronized, 100 accounts
can be managed.

Display the Account Data screen, and then select an available account
number.
– For details on displaying the Account Registr. screen, refer to
“Specifying account data settings” on page 11-31.
The Account Registr. screen appears.
