Defines SNMP manager(s) characteristics as follows:
IP A DDRESS
Specifies the IP address of the network manager.
P RIVILEGES
Defines G ET (read-only) and G ET /S ET (read and write) privileges.
G ET N AME
Defines the community name for G ET access. This value must match the
G ET name defined on the network management station. P UBLIC is the
default name.
S ET N AME
Defines the community name for S ET access. This value must match either
the G ET or S ET name defined on the network management station. P UBLIC
is the default name.
T RAP
T RANSMISSION
Write security: 2; Read security: 5
Enables and disables SNMP trap transmission.
A UTHEN T RAP

Write security: 3; Read security: 5
Enables and disables the authentication failure trap.
T RAPS

Defines the destination for SNMP traps as follows:

Identifies the IP address to which the network manager sends traps.
C OMMUNITY
Write security: 3; Read security: 5
Defines the community name for trap destinations. This name must match
the community name defined at the network management station.
T RAP F ILTERING
Write security: 2; Read security: 5
Sets the minimum severity level required for a system event to generate an
SNMP trap. If a trap event occurs and if the trap’s severity level is equal to
or more severe than the trap type’s current threshold setting, that event is
sent as an SNMP trap. (Refer to the ATLAS 550 MIB for a listing of all traps
and their severity levels.) You can set the following threshold levels for the
available selections:
D ISABLED , C RITICAL , M AJOR , M INOR , W ARNING , N OR -
MAL , and I NFO .
S TATION T YPE
Write security: 3; Read security: 5
To deliver the SNMP trap packet with the
C OMMUNITY N AME unchanged,
