Remedy
Select the error check item
"BACKUP BATTERY FAIL"
using the system check page to
display the data of processing the
error, and then perform the
following operation on the
measurement panel.
• When "BACKUP BATTERY
FAIL" is released, set
measurement conditions.
• When "BACKUP BATTERY
FAIL" is not released, the
memory backup battery needs to
be replaced.
