(2) Check to judge whether ultrasonic receiving signal waveform is normal or
not

Normal waveform
The receiving waveform above is free of noise,
and so normal measurement is allowed.

Abnormal waveform
The above receiving waveform is not covered
within the range of the ultrasound waveform. It
is displayed as “CALCULATION ERROR” or
“RECEIVED SIGNAL ERROR”.
Check the pipe setting and sensor mounting
dimensions.
When ultrasonic receiving signal waveform is
weakened by the effect of rust in the pipe,
abnormal waveform may result. Raise the
transmission voltage and perform measurement.
