Description
Sets the Random Early Detection (RED) pack associated with the
QoS Set.
* Note: RED cannot be set for UBR traffic class Virtual Circuits

Sample Output
This example assigns RED Pack 3 to QoS Set 24 in QoS Domain 12.
ATM(configure)# set qos-set 12 24 red-pack 3

Name
Definition
qosDomainID
The QoS domain ID number. The range of
values is: Minimum = 1, Maximum = 128.
qosHandle
The QoS set ID number. The range of values is:
Minimum = 0, Maximum = 1000.
Note:
this parameter must be unique across
ALL QoS Sets irrespective of QoS
Domains. In other words, every QoS
Set must have a unique qosHandle
within an ATM Uplink module.
redID
There are five possible RED Pack ID’s. Values 1
through 4 assign the respective RED Pack
parameters. A value of 0 disables RED for this
QoS Set.
