Administrator or user password can be 4 to 12 alphanumeric
characters. Spaces and special characters or symbols are not
allowed. The password is case-sensitive.

0 = anonymous, 1 – 10 = extended security levels 1 through 10,
11 = user, 12 = administrator
The response is returned as 2 digits with a leading zero.
