Clear all button

Removes the selected state from all items in the list.

Register user button

Displays the

Register User window

that is used to register a new user.

Modify button

Displays the

Modify User window

that is used to modify the information of

the selected user.
This operation is possible when only one user is selected.

Change password button

Displays the

Change User Password window

that is used to change the

password for a selected user.
This operation is possible when only one user is selected.
Depending on the system settings, this button may not be displayed.

Delete button

Displays the

Delete User window

that is used to delete selected users.

This operation is possible only when one or more users are selected.
Up to 100 users can be selected at one time.

Move User button

Displays the

Move User window

that is used to move selected users to a

different tenant.
This operation is possible only when one or more users are selected.
Up to 100 users can be selected at one time.

Point

The list displays 10 users at one time. Click the

icon to display the next 10 users, or click the

icon to display the previous

10 users.

11.7 Registering a User

The Register User window can be used to register a new user.

Note

If the setting is not to register user to the directory service from this product, perform the following before registering the user in the

Register User window:
Note that whether the user is registered from this product to the directory service is determined in the directory service operation definitions
file (ldap_attr.rcxprop).
Refer to "8.6.1 Settings for Tenant Management and Account Management" in the "Operation Guide CE" for information on the directory
service operation definitions file.

Check whether the user information is registered in the directory service. Register the user information if it is not registered.

Refer to "18.2.1.2 Adding an infrastructure administrator/dual-role administrator to IflowUsersGroup" in the "Setup Guide CE" and
add the registered user as a member of the IflowUsers group.
