2. Configure MLD Snooping

Global Mode
ipv6 mld snooping vlan
no ipv6 mld snooping vlan
Enable MLD Snooping on specific VLAN. The
“no” form of this command disables MLD
Snooping on specific VLAN.
ipv6 mld snooping vlan <vlan-id> limit
{group <g_limit> | source <s_limit>}
no ipv6 mld snooping vlan <vlan-id> limit
Configure the number of the groups in which
the MLD Snooping can join, and the
maximum number of sources in each group.
The “no” form of this command restores to
the default.
ipv6 mld snooping vlan <vlan-id>
l2-general-querier
no ipv6 mld snooping vlan <vlan-id>
l2-general-querier
Set the VLAN level 2 general querier, which
is recommended on each segment. The “no”
form of this command cancels the level 2
general querier configuration.
ipv6 mld snooping vlan
mrouter-port interface
no ipv6 mld snooping vlan
mrouter-port interface
Configure the static mrouter port in specific
vlan. The “no” form of this command cancels
the mrouter port configuration.

Enable the function that the specified VLAN
learns mrouter-port (according to pimv6
packets), the no command will disable the

Configure the query maximum response
period. The “no” form of this command
