Select Unbalance alarm mode, set the Pickup setting to 10%, and set the Time Delay to 10 seconds as
shown in Figure 386.

User Programmable Alarm 1 is used for reporting a minor alarm, which indicates the unbalance alarm.
Use the Settings Explorer to navigate to Alarm Configuration, User Programmable Alarms, and name
User Programmable Alarm 1 to βUnbalance Alarmβ as shown in Figure 387.

Navigate to Alarm Configuration, Alarms, and enable Programmable Alarm 1 as a non-latching minor
alarm as shown in Figure 388. This alarm will show in the sequence of events and alarm reporting as
βUnbalance Alarmβ.
Figure 387 and Figure 388 also show the Differential Alarm programmed at the end of the Current
Differential (87) subsection.
