The following table contains information about the options available on Save & Exit screen.
4.6 CPU Performance Settings
In order to get optimal performance, Intel recommends different settings of the CPU
prefetcher for Westmere EP (Xeon 56xx) CPUs. See
Advanced -> CPU Configuration on page 107 .
Depending on the main purpose of the blade, the following settings are recommended:
 HPC and General Purpose Server:
Hardware Prefetcher [Enabled
]
Adjacent Cache Line Prefetch [Enabled]
L1 Data Prefetcher [Enabled]
DataReuse Optimization [Enabled]
 Enterprise Platforms:
Hardware Prefetcher [Disabled]
Adjacent Cache Line Prefetch [Disabled]
L1 Data Prefetcher [Disabled]
DataReuse Optimization [Disabled]

Discard Changes Discards changes done so far to any of the setup options.
Restore Defaults Restore/Loads defaults values for all the setup options.
Boot Override Selects a boot device to boot one time. Boot order is not changed.
