4.5.2.7.1 Advanced -> Super IO Configuration -> Serial Port 0 Configuration
The following table contains description about the options that can be configured for Serial
Port 0 Configuration.
USB Device Name Auto, Floppy, Forced
FDD, Hard Disk, CD-
ROM
Mass storage device emulation type.
"Auto" enumerates devices according to its
media format. Devices less than 530 MB are
detected as floppy. Optical drives are emulated
as CD-ROM. Drives with no media will be
emulated according to a drive type.
Forced FDD option can be used to force HDD
formatted drive to boot as FDD (For example,
ZIP drive).
