12.2. example of Change Safe function Use
12.2.1. Setting example when using the system in a meeting room that can be partitioned or connected.
Suppose that the system is operated by changing the Preset memories for the following 2 patterns.
Using the change safe function permits Room C + D to be used by switching the current Preset memory even
if Rooms A and B are being used as they are.
The screen below shows an example when the Preset memory for which change safe layer has been set is recalled.
The change safe function enabled parameters are marked with "S."
12.2.2. Settings and Usage
• Assign the input/output parameters and routing to be used in Room A to the Change safe layer 1.
• Assign the input/output parameters and routing to be used in Room B to the Change safe layer 2.
• Memory 1 is set for a pattern where Rooms A, B, C, and D are used independently.
No Change safe layer has been set.
• Memory 2 is set for a pattern where Rooms A and B are used independently and Rooms C and D are used
as one large room after being connected together.
Set the Change safe layers 1 and 2 in advance.
• When switching from Memory 1 to Memory 2, the Change safe function allows the parameters for Rooms A
and B assigned to the Change safe layers 1 and 2 to be retained without being affected by the parameters
preset into Memory 2.
Parameters for the fader and tone that have been changed depending on the talker's voice volume and tone
during operations in Rooms A and B can be used continuously.
