Using the Vector Parameter Entry Screens

The following sections describe the parameter entry screens for the SA500 Vector and
Vector - Speed Loop Enhanced regulators. These screens are accessed by selecting
SA500 as the product type and Vector or Vector - Speed Loop Enhanced as the
regulator type when configuring the UDC module.

2.4.1 Power Module Data Screen (Vector)

The Power Module Data screen allows you to enter specific information about your
power system configuration and the type of Power Module being used. See figure 2.7.
One Power Module Data screen is used for both the vector and the vector - speed loop
enhanced regulators.

Power Module List

Select a Power Module from the displayed Power Module list. These are the only
Power Modules that may be used with the SA500 regulators.

MCR Connected to Output Contactor

If you have a motor control relay (MCR) on the output of the inverter (output
contactor), select this option. If there is only a manual disconnect switch and no
contactor under automatic control, do not select the output contactor option. The
default selection is to not have an output contactor.
