Using the Brushless Parameter Entry Screens
The following sections describe the parameter entry screens for the SA500 Brushless
and Brushless - Speed Loop Enhanced regulators. These screens are accessed by
selecting SA500 as the product type and Brushless or Brushless - Speed Loop
Enhanced as the regulator type when configuring the UDC module.
2.3.1 Power Module Data Screen (Brushless)
The Power Module Data screen allows you to enter specific information about your
power system configuration and the type of Power Module being used. See figure 2.2.
One Power Module Data screen is used for both the brushless and the brushless -
speed loop enhanced regulators.

Power Module List
Select a Power Module from the displayed Power Module list. These are the only
Power Modules that may be used with the SA500 regulators.

MCR Connected to Output Contactor
If you have a motor control relay (MCR) on the output of the inverter (output
contactor), select this option. If there is only a manual disconnect switch and no
contactor under automatic control, do not select the output contactor option. The
default selection is to not have an output contactor.
