with A32 selected as shown, the address field is
automatically limited to 32 bits, a limited CBE dialog as
shown in Figure 57 is enabled, 64 bit settings in the PAR
dialog and the R/G dialog are grayed out. Additionally the
IDSEL, FRAME#, IRDY#, DEVSEL#, TRDY# and
STOP# are pre-defined and unchangeable.
